This photograph was taken at a botanical garden in Osaka, Japan during the week poppies bloom in Osaka. Every season in Japan is the best moment for some flower. I missed the cherry blossoms (I know, I know, and if I didn't know, everyone told me every day.) But! I did get to experience rose season, poppy season, and hydrangeas!
